Fit Future Training in Dublin provides personal training, nutrition, and mindset coaching to a limited number of clients who are looking for long-lasting change. 

We take a mind-body approach in our training programs, by opening the body as well as strengthening it through sessions. As your body progresses and adapts to be more strong and open, so does your mind.

The last 3 months have been a pleasure. My shoulder is no longer an issue since we started in October. I'm more confident to increase weight and reps alone without worrying about injuring it. Great explanation of what muscles were being worked, each exercise and what benefits they bring. As well of that you showed me how important having a good range of motion is.  Also never done a barbell squat before training with you, I was afraid of injuring myself but now it's one of my favourites to do in the gym. After 3-4 weeks of training
I started to feel massive benefits.

During our initial phase of training, Paul patiently went through a number of new exercises with me to strengthen & lengthen my muscles, taking into account rugby induced injuries. After 3-4 weeks of training I started to feel massive benefits. After this block of training, Paul reconstructed our sessions to be more strength and power focused to accommodate my rugby and I again noticed immense benefits to this new training. None of my sessions with Paul ever felt repetitive and each session was a nice blend of having the craic, as well as working really hard. His stretching routine and a number of the exercises he introduced the to, have become integral to my training.

Very encouraging and

I feel so much better for

This has been huge for me personally.

Petts has had a huge impact on my overall fitness & any weaknesses I’ve had like my weak foot/ankle, after suffering multiple injuries over the years. With Pett's help I was able to learn effective ways to strengthen the areas that I’ve previously had trouble with. I used to always be nervy playing football without a support strap but after a few months with Petts, I felt comfortable enough to play without it.
